Know when to leave.
Commutez counts down to the minute you have to walk out the door, not the minute the bus leaves. Walking time, transfers and delays are already in the number.
Free during the beta · App Store launch soon
12 = minutes until you leave · (19) = the next one
One number
Wherever you look, the same countdown.
One trip, ticking down together on five surfaces. Tap through them.

The app
Open it when you want the full picture: your route drawn as a line, the journey strip, every departure and the weather for your trip. Most days you won’t need to.
02 / 05
Home Screen widgets
Three sizes. The small tile is just the number. The wide and large ones add the journey strip: when to leave, when the ride goes and when you’re there. At two minutes they turn blue.
Real screenshots from the app, with live data from Entur.
03 / 05
Lock Screen and Live Activity
When it’s time to think about leaving, the countdown appears on the lock screen by itself and ticks by the second. No alarm to set.

Dynamic Island
Time to leave on the left, your line on the right. Once you’re on board the sides swap and it counts down to arrival. Press and hold for the full view.

Apple Watch
Its own watch app, Smart Stack widgets and complications. The watch plans trips by itself, so it works without your phone.
A normal Tuesday
The app you never have to open.
Commutez is built to be glanced at. Below is one ordinary commuting day. Everything you see happens in the Dynamic Island, on the lock screen and in your widgets, without opening the app once. You decide which of them you want, separately for the trip to work and the trip home.

Open the app when you want the details: every departure, the transfers, your route drawn as a line, and rain by the hour.
Your schedule
It knows your week.
Tell it when you start and finish once. The countdown aims for the trip that gets you there on time.

Per weekday, even in rotations
Part time, school hours, or a rota that repeats every one to three weeks.
Flexitime built in
Running late? It keeps suggesting trips that get you in within your flex window, instead of giving up at the last exact one.
Home and work, the right way round
It follows the time of day. Turn on location and it also switches the moment you leave the building.
Details
Small things you’ll notice on day two.
Shown if you’re quick
Departures you can only make at a run are listed in grey. The countdown never counts on them.
Delays are already in the number
Real-time data refreshes every 30 seconds near departure. If you lose signal, it tells you when it last updated.
A weather stripe
A line on the widget’s edge when MET Norway expects rain in the next hour.
Useful between trips
When there’s no commute to count down, each widget shows what you pick: your next departure, the weather, or when the rain starts.
Privacy
No account. No servers.
Everything runs on your phone and asks the open transit and weather services directly. There is no Commutez server in between, and we don’t collect or store anything about you.
You choose how much to share. Start with just a nearby station and your own walking time. Turn on location and it gets sharper: it plans from where you stand and switches between home and work by itself.
Where it works
Door to door in four countries and London.
These are the places where Commutez can plan your bus, train, tram and metro trips. Driving, cycling and walking work everywhere in Europe.
Try it before everyone else.
The beta runs through Apple’s TestFlight app. Install TestFlight, tap the link, and Commutez is on your phone. Your feedback goes straight to the developer.
